We couldn't believe that Emma, Eva, and Ben we able to stay awake until midnight. We went out on the front porch and made a lot of noise. We only heard a few firecrackers. Malad people are a bunch of party poopers! Poor Ella asked if she could still have her noise maker, if she went to bed at 10:30pm. We said, of course she could, and she was sound asleep in 5 minutes.
Papa got a great idea to build a slide off the back porch for the kids. They seemed to enjoy it.
